At SKIMS MÉXICO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location. Please keep your tracking receipt for reference until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
